Hi, I’m Vic.
I’m a yoga teacher and movement educator with a deep interest in how women’s bodies change over time - hormonally, physically and emotionally.
Through my own experience and years of teaching, I saw how often women were asked to push through fatigue, ignore their bodies or follow practices that simply didn’t meet them where they were.
Yoga With Vic was born from the desire to offer a more intelligent, compassionate, and adaptable way to move; one that supports women - and men- through every stage of life.

My work is about helping people feel strong, steady and at home in their bodies. Again.
